Recuperation of concrete cylinders and mortar cubes: Recuperating concrete cylinders and mortar cubes on-site involves a meticulous process to assess the quality and strength of the materials. This procedure encompasses not only the extraction of the molds but also the careful handling and transportation of the specimens to the testing facility. Special attention is given to ensure that the integrity of the samples is maintained throughout the retrieval process, minimizing any potential alterations to the material properties.
Sieve analysis: Sieve analysis is a fundamental technique employed to determine the particle size distribution of aggregates used in asphalt and concrete mixtures. By passing the material through a series of sieves with progressively smaller openings, the proportions of various particle sizes can be quantified, aiding in the optimization of mix designs for desired performance characteristics.
